Our Service...

1. We will explain solar power to you and see if it would be suitable for your home. If it is not suitable we will not tell you it is! We will discuss what you would like to achieve and will be happy to answer any questions you may have. If you decide you would like to find out more we will arrange for one of our engineers to come and complete a no obligation survey of your property.
   
   Solar installations are complex systems and the amount you can generate will depend on a number of factors: the orientation size and angle of your roof are all important factors; we will also check if there will be anything that may cause shading like chimneys, trees or other buildings. Our engineers will establish the suitability of your roof and ascertain precisely what you want to achieve. If we do not think your home is suitable we will not recommend a solar installation but we will provide you with information on other ways in which you could reduce your energy use.
   
   
2. If your home is suitable we will design the optimum system for your requirements and send you a written quotation detailing your expected energy generation, financial returns, the payback period. Our quote includes all costs including scaffolding, equipment and VAT (5%). Again we will be available to answer any questions you may have.
   
   We do not use pressure sales or even sales people! We leave you to make your decision: no pressure, no hard sell.

3. If you decide to accept our quotation you will be given your own Project Manager who will be your personal contact throughout. We will arrange for our engineers to install your system at a time that is convenient to you. We do however need it to be light enough for the solar panels to produce electricity so that we can test the system is fully working.
   
   
4. On completion, your project manager will visit to make sure everything is running smoothly and you are fully acquainted with your system. Most importantly we will ensure that you are aware of how to get the greatest energy savings from your system.
   
   The whole process will usually be completed within one day but this does depend on the size and difficulty of your system.
   
   
5. We will issue you with a Hand Over Pack which will contain your MCS Certificate, and other information regarding your solar installation.
   
   Feedback is very important to us and we will ask you how it was for you. This is the way we learn if we can improve anything and also what we are doing right!
